First locate the belt tensioner. On the 3.0L (88 - 90) it takes a 1/2 inch breaker bar to release the tension lift the breaker bar towards the top of the engine (Counter Clock Wise). On 3.3L and 3.8L you pull the breaker towards the front of the van (Clock Wise). There should be an idler pulley that you need to loosen to take belt off, draw a diagram of how the belt looks before you take it off so you can see how it goes back on.
Check to make sure the serpentine belt is still in place.
Hey you..Guessin its a 3.3l v6, On all single endless serp belt set ups that are randomly throwin belts immediate att must be directed to the belt tensioner and verification of the correct belt for the application..phase 2 involves checking all related appliances and pulleys for proper operation and alignment before the new belt goes on.
It doesn't have a timing belt, it is a cam chain driven engine
I've had multiple Dodge/Chrysler/Plymouth mini-vans that suffered this "belt being thrown off issue", especially in wet weather. Via lots of trial/error and research I discovered that if you go thru a puddle of water or snow at say 30 MPH or more, that impact of water/snow on the tire will send up a big splash of snow/water right into the pulley(s) on which the serpentine belt is mounted and the result is the belt being thrown off. Later model Dodge/Chrysler/Plymouth mini-vans had a plastic shield mounted on the inner front fender to deflect this big splash. If you can find one of these "splash deflector shields", with a little "butchering" they can be made to fit your older Dodge/Chrysler/Plymouth mini-van(s)

How to change a radiator in a 2008 mini cooper
I did it on a 2002 T&C about 2 years ago and have not had any issues. I took out the a/c relay also. I kept the package to the shorter belt and if you want I can tell you the size - not sure if 01 and 02 are the same, though.
were do I put stickers on headlamps to change to Europe on a mini cooper
NAA does not.
