easiest way is to take it to a transmission place. trick is to pretend that you know (unless you actually DO know) exactly what problem is and tell them to fix only that! obviously they will try to tell you its this. or its that. not more than 3 days ago i had to get the speed sensor done and they tried telling me my tranny has internal probs and they want 1800 to 2200 dollars to fix it. as it was they charged me 250.00 to fix speed sensor and that fixed everything. DO NOT go in and let them know that you are unknowledged. they will F$$#CK YOU at any chance they get. (unless you know a good mechanic, there are some out there)
