To change the windshield washer reservoir on a 2006 Dodge Charger RT, first, disconnect the negative battery terminal to avoid any electrical issues. Remove the plastic clips or screws securing the reservoir, then disconnect the washer pump and any hoses attached to it. Take out the old reservoir, install the new one by reversing the steps, and reconnect the battery terminal once everything is secured.
