It is simple. 1. Remove 4 screws holding the plastic cover (screws are at the bottom half of cover behind steering wheel) 2. Remove the bottom half of cover 3. Remove two retaining screws holding the switch 4. remove two bunched up wires plugs (be careful, remove by lifting/pressing the locking retaining plastic clips) 5. Insert plugs into new switch, put it in place and fasten two screws 6. Insert the cover and fasten 3 screws removed earlier Note: you may have to play a little to tilt steering wheel up/down to get better access to screws of the switch
The 1995 Mercury Villager turn signal relay switch is located beneath the drivers side dashboard. The turn signal relay switch will be left of the brake pedal.
The switch just pops out of the dashboard.
It's held on by one screw in the hand hold.
You probably have shorted wires inside the combo switch. The assembly will need to be replaced.
It's part of the range switch on the transmission.
Usually on the dash to the right of the steering wheel.
If you mean the starter solenoid, it's on the starter.
On the brake pedal assembly.
On the brake pedal.
If you mean the reset button on top of the FUEL PUMP SHUT OFF SWITCH the switch is located in the drivers footwell , behind the kick panel , by your left foot ( there is an access hole ) on a 2000 Mercury Villager
