You need a manifold gauge set. You set up a fan in front of your vehicle. You hook up the manifold gauge set. You run the motor with the AC on max until the compressor clutch starts cycling, and you note the high and low pressures on both the high and low side. There should be a chart which comes with the manifold gauge set which gives you ambient air temperature and relative humidity, and what the corresponding pressures should be under those conditions.

To change the AC clutch on a 2003 Ford F350, first, disconnect the negative battery cable and relieve the AC system pressure. Remove the serpentine belt and the bolts securing the clutch to the compressor. Carefully pull the old clutch off the compressor, then install the new clutch by aligning it properly and securing it with the bolts. Have a shop check the AC system pressure
Check if the blower motor is working, and you will need to check the pressure in the AC line.
The ac system may be low on Freon. Check the pressure with a gauge. If the pressure is ok then check the ac relay, as they can be intermittent.
