somewhere near the engine there will be a shroeder valve that looks like a bike tire air valve that you push to release fuel pressure. if not you will have to slowly unbolt a banjo bolt somewhere in the fuel system just a bit, to releave any pressure and then tighten it back up. if the vehicle is not fuel injected, then don,t worry about it. just let the fuel drain in a bucket. i am assuming you want to change a fuel filter?
