There's a wire under the driver's seat (under the carpet) that goes to the seatbelt, unplugging this will disable the annoying buzzer you have till u put on your seatbelt.
An off note on that... The paramedics will also appreciate the lack of noise when they investigate how you died in the accident by not wearing a seatbelt...
