The chime will continue to sound if you unplug the connection. Simply buckle up.
The Easiest way would be to locate it under the dash panel and simply unplug it.
Unplug it and earth the incomming wire (not the plug) it to the body of the vehicle.
look under the drivers seat and passenger seat and there should be a wire coming off the seat belt that you can unplug to stop the chime.
You can go under the driver side of the dash, turn the lights on, listen for the chime to locate it. Once located simply unplug the two wire connector.

if it's the key in ignition chime just remove the upper and lower steering column covers and unplug the connector that looks like a horseshoe
The chime is a plug in device, while chiming track down the noise and pull the item out, pay attention to it though it may be telling you something. Most vehicles now will start to chime if you leave the blinker on too long as a reminder to shut it off, so make sure that there is not a valid reason for it before you unplug it.
Under the driver seat is a wiring harness plug for the seatbelt just unplug it mine is an ext cab so it's easy to get to not sure on regular cab
