The squeaking of a steering column can usually be fixed by adding Power Steering fluid. It can also be fixed by replacing the belt in the car.
you need to replace the clockspring in the steering column
It's under the steering column bolted to the fuse box on the driver's side.
drop your steering column... not exactly sure where it is from there but that is the location of it.

This is part of the DRL module below and left of steering column. You must remove lower steering column panel to see it. Very difficult to access.
Under the steering column is a fuse center, the horn fuse is usually found here.
Power Steering fluid helps to keep the steering of a car running smoothly. A Dodge Caravan uses Mopar ATF +4 for power steering fluid.
