remove distribtrer cap,remove distributer.un plug from pick up coil.remove two bolts holding module..must use dielectric lube supplied with new module...coat entire metal surface before installing new module..distributer must be at top dead center when installing distributer unless you marked posision of rotor prior to removing....
I would replace the ignition control module that's in the distributor.

your coil packs are bad. this is not cheap to fix. sorry.
You may want to check the fuel pump fuse first. I just had it happen to me. On the panel it is marked fp.AnswerIn my experience changing the ignition module should fix the problem . AnswerIt could be the crankcase position sensor. If no pulses are seen from the sensor, the ignition module will not fire the spark plugs.

i have one here at my shop. my tech says that the ignition module in the distributer will go out about every 5 yrs or so. not a bad fix
Replace the ignition module and see if that don't fix your problem.

I think the short is located in the power control module
You have to take the screws out and when he's bent over u screw the hole and that should fix the problem.
How about the plug wires? If plug wires don't fix it I'd bet it's the injectors.
