I AM GOING THROUGH THIS NOW.......I HAVE ONE THAT IS BLOWING ONLY COLD AIR. WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS THE BLEND DOOR AUCTUATOR MOTOR. I REPLACED THE MOTOR AND THAT WASN'T THE PROBLEM. IF YOU WANT TO , YOU CAN email ME AT GREGS31406@BELLSOUTH.COM AND I WILL GIVE YOU MORE INFO. IF THE UNIT DOSEN'T LIGHT UP, THERE IS 3 FUSES YOU CAN CHECK. I HAVE THE NUMBERS AND WILL GIVE THEM TO YOU. I WOULD TELL YOU ON HERE, BUT ALL THAT INFO IS AT HOME AND I AM AT WORK.
