The Chevy Tahoe seat will still fold up but to fold the seat backs down into the flat position you will need to follow one or both of the guide wires to the locks which are held up by springs. Once you locate them (main one is toward the center of the vehicle) you can pull them forward with just your finger if you are strong or use a screw driver or tool from the tool kit if it is located under the seat. You must pull the seat back forward when you are holding the spring lock forward otherwise it will spring back into the locked position. Make sure it locks properly if you put the seat back up into its normal passenger position.
