The 2002 Chevrolet trailblazer heater fan relay switch is located behind the dashboard. The relay switch will be on the drivers side of the vehicle.
the fan control is on the left side of the heater control assembly, center of the dash. the resistor block which is probably what your asking about is above the front seat passengers feet behind the hush panel.

try slightly tapping the heater fan with a piece of metal pipe and if fan does not start running it is dead and must be replaced.

Remove the wiring harness from the back of your 1994 Chevy heater fan motor. Remove the heater fan motor retaining bolts. Remove the fan from the front of the heater motor. Reverse the process to install the new heater fan motor.
either the switch is fallty or one of the fan coil is brocken or rusty , if you want to varefy ,, unplug the switch and test it with multimeter
