There is a snap ring that fits onto the handle itself. A flat screw driver, steel ruler or similar "tool" slid between the handle and door liner will allow you to release the snap ring from the shaft that holds it onto the handle. They sell a window crank removal tool to open the cotter in and slide off the winow crank handle. Slide the tool under the window handle and push the cotter pin back, off comes the handle

If it's a true z34 90-94 there is no window crank they ALL had power windows.....
There is a c-clipthat holds the crank in place,you just need to push it off and the crank comes off.

There is a retaining ring just on the inside of the handle. Once you get that off the crank will come off.
you can buy a window crank removal tool at an autoparts store that pulls the little pin off to remove it.
You have to have a window crank remover, this tool looks like a U on a stick, and you slide this tool in between the the crank and the door panel and trip the lock pin, then the crank will pull off.
