To reset the antitheft device in a Lexus LS 400, first ensure that the vehicle is unlocked using the key or remote. Then, insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the "On" position without starting the engine. Leave it in this position for about 10-15 minutes until the security light stops flashing, then turn the key back to the "Off" position. Finally, start the engine to verify that the antitheft system has been reset.
