this is relativly easy...at least on my 91 240SX...there is a button located by the ignition and it says "push"...once you turn the car off push the button and turn the key the rest of the way and it should come out. Sometimes when you shift into park after driving the lock on the shifter doesnt click into place just slightly pull back on the shifter till it clicks.

How do you get out key from a Nissan 1990 300zx ignition?

To remove the key from the ignition of a 1990 Nissan 300ZX, ensure the vehicle is in the "Park" position. Turn the key to the "Off" position and press it in slightly while attempting to turn it to the "Lock" position. If the key doesn't release, check if the steering wheel is locked, as this can sometimes prevent key removal. If the issue persists, there may be a problem with the ignition cylinder that may require professional assistance.
