You bring it to a macanic and ask him to fix th ABS (automatic braking system)
You get the fault in the car(which is the cause for the light to go on in the first place) fixed.
because you have a problem with your Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) this sometimes occurs when you have come to a sudden stop (thereby engaging the abs) it will usually go off again after you restart your car. IF IT DOESNT GO OFF BY ITSELF, GET IT CHECKED OUT!!!! by a professional
my 96 lincolntown car wont go in gear and the abs system light comes on
have vehicle scanned for abs and air bag to diagnose problem.
You can pull the relay and/or fuse out and the light will go off. It will also disengage a faulty abs system.
The abs light is on because there is a problem with the abs system. The light will not go off until the problem is fixed.
The abs light flickering on and off is caused by a problem in the abs system. Check the computer coeds to see if a problem shows. Check the abs sensors at each wheel.
The light will always come on when the car starts and does not go off until the car reaches about 8km/h in a straight line.
The abs light is on because there ia a problem with the system. Once the problem is fixed the light will go off. As long as the light remains on the abs system is not functioning.
after fixing the whatever abs problems or traction control problems you had the light should go off automatically. if it does not you have not fixed the problem.
if the abs light does not go off, try disconnecting battery for 5 minutes then reconnecting.this will usually reset computer.if this does not work, there is still a problem in brake system
you need to take it to a shop
