The orange wire is hot (positive) and the black is ground.
Red is hot, black is not.

I believe that it is a grounding switch. If that is the case it would only have one wire going to the switch. You could run this wire to any fused constant hot. The wire would run from the hot, to the light, to the switch.
The hot wire bypasses the ignition.
The GREEN (Dk Grn) wire is the "HOT" side....
No, it is only "hot" when the computer has actuated the ASD relay.
the horn has a ground and hot wire .usually only a hot wire because the horn body is grounded.it also has a horn relay.check the wires(wire)and check the relay.if these are good,the horn may be shot.this is all assuming the horn button or contacts at the steering wheel are good.
