There are different ways you could go about this. You could go with a cold air intake or a good exhaust. I have a 88 Ford f-150 wiht a 5.0 302 efi and i have put true duels which is loud but also incresed my hp.You could also put a hot ignition which gives u a hotter spark and burns your fuel better that would give u more hp and better gas mileage
