There are 2 of them. One is above or upstream of the Catylitic converter and the other is below or downstream of the catalytic converter. You disconnect the wires and use a special tool on the end of a 3/8 inch ratchet. If it isn't in there too tightly you may be able to get it with an open end wrench. Before replacing them coat the threads of the o2 with anti-sieze compound. You can get a small packet at the parts store for a buch. Don't put the new ones back on without the antisieze compound. The next guy that trys to replace them will never get them out.
