You need a 16mm wrench, and a 20mm wrench, loosen fittings remove filter, replace with new one, and reverse previous steps. Watch out for flying gas, it'll bite ya.. oh, what i mean is, the lines are probably under pressure, so watch your self. oh yeah by the way, it really hurts and is very cold in the armpits. Work at Jiffy Lube and you'll find out what i mean.

Once the fuel filter is removed, inspect the condition of the o-rings on the end of each line. If they are damaged, replace them.
