You will have engine cooling issues, poor flow, squealing belt from too much resistance from the water pump pulley, and possibly coolant dripping from the weep hole between the two bearings in the pump.
The coolant may be rust colored or stained dark, the system will not pressurize properly, you will have little or no heat.
