You can not. Chrysler did not put a key cylinder disarm switch on that vehicle.
You have a failure with the key or the computer that senses the chip in the key.

You stick the key in the door and turn.
Check ebay. A quick search there using "pacifica key" turns up a lot of results including complete new keys and key shells w/blade.

My situation PLUS the driver door key lock entry is broken, and there is no other key entry option on the car, the hood is closed and all doors and back hatch are locked. You need to call a locksmith to open one of the doors.
