there is no rear wiper fluid reservoir
Use the same switch for the front wipers. Once the front wipers are switched on, the rear wiper will come on as well. However, a reverse twist of the switch would turn on just the rear wiper.
I would suspect either a short to ground in the circuitry, or excessive mechanical resistance from a faulty wiper motor.
The tank that supplies fluid for the windshield also supplies fluid for the rear wiper. It is located in the engine compartment.

If the rear window is not fully closed the rear wiper will not operate.
Remove the inside panel from your Hyundai rear door. The wiper motor mechanism will be visible. Remove the wiper motor linkage. Remove the wiper motor wiring harness. Remove the wiper motor retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new rear wiper motor.
In the 2003 Jeep Liberty, the rear wiper switch is located on the end of the windshield wiper control stalk on the right side of the steering column. One possibility is your wiper motor is bad. Suggestion- replace it.
