It should be the same throughout the Buick line, but in this answer, I will refer to the Skylarks. The rear seat is pushed in at the base and lifted upwards. After it is removed, 2 bolts will be exposed that hold the upper portion in place. I believe it takes a 7/16 socket. Once those are removed, the seats lifts up and out of place
