The first step is to remove the outer trim surrounding the electronics panel; you can use a screwdriver to gently pry off the trim. There are a total of six clips holding the panel in place, two on top and bottom, and one on each side. Once the panel is off you can unplug the cables attached to the control knobs. Finally there are two screws on the bottom of the factory installed CD player, remove them and you should now have the device completely removed.

First of all you should buy a Double Din Cd player then remove the plastic things arround the current cassette player to remove the old one , then you can easily put the new player that will fit exactly the empty place ..I've test it and I've installed a Double Din JVC CD and cassette player , It is PERFECT ..Good Luck.
