Drain the cooling system.
Use quick disconnect tool T85T-18539-AH to disengage the water hoses from the core, then plug the hoses.
Remove the lower left-hand trim panel by unsnapping it.
Loosen the core cover screws from both sides of the case.
Remove the core and seal.
Reverse to install.
Fill the cooling system.
Disconnect the heater outlet hose at the water pump until coolant begins to escape and this will bleed the system............
