Start with disconnecting the negative battery cable and waiting several minutes before attempting to remove the airbag. It is difficult to see but, behind the steering wheel there are two small openings opposite each other. Inside each opening there is a small spring clip that you can release with a small screw driver. Like I said they are difficult to see but once you figure it out it is easy. After the clips are released the bag will come off the steering wheel and then you can unplug the harness. Keep battery disconnected until the airbag has been completely installed!!!
