Once out then remove the 3 rivets that hold it together (USE EXTREME CAUTION - USE A VISE TO HOLD UNIT OR VISE GRIP PLIERS - IF NOT YOU CAN LOSE A COUPLE OF FINGERS WHEN IT SNAPS OPEN) Install the new motor with the supplied 3 bolts and reinstall into door.

Open the trunk, find your housing screws, remove these, remove the housing, remove the bulb socket, remove your light bulb. To reinstall, just reverse these procedurees.
Remove the intake manifold, remove the exhaust manifold, then remove the heads. Replace the gasket and reinstall everything. Unless you know what you are doing this is a major repair best left to a professional.
