You need to do a lot if it is like my 1995. You need to remove the back seat remove the back of the back seat remove the screws holding the rear deck.. where the speakers are. then remove the screwss... what a pain.
Under the back seat.
There are 2 bolts on the bottom part of the seat, they are a 13mm if i remember right. Remove those two bolts, pull the seat bottom out, remove the two Torx bolts that hold in the seat belts. Push the seat up to unhook it and pull back and the seat back will come off.
It is under the rear seat which you have to remove to access the battery.
Remove the back seat cushion by pushing it horizontally back and then lifting up vigorously. Remove the two large nuts holding down the seat back; lift up and off on the seat back. Remove the rear deck cover by sliding forward. Unscrew the speakers.
Under the back seat.
You can remove the back seat by pulling on the front edge of the seat with both hands equally spaced apart. If this hasn't been done in a while you'll have to pull hard.
Push down and back on the front edge of seat, 1st on left side then on right side. Then pull entire seat section up and out.
Remove the back seat with a number 55T torque screw socket and then you can slide out the back panel to get to the speakers.
Remove two bolts from seat base and remove seat base. Seat belts can stay on. Remove hardware and remove back seat back. Remove I believe two screws securing rear deck cover, should slide forward and off exposing the speakers and brake light. Have fun.
