If I remember correctly, you really can't, it's part of the console so the whole console has to be changed.
Remove (or have a professional remove) the center console. The cup holder may or may not be repairable.

These clips are often accessed from underneath the cup holder; you may need to use a flathead screwdriver to gently pry them away while pulling the cup holder up. The previous answer was a bit of a dick answer. There are three screws. You have to pull out the front cup holder and remove that screw (might take some work as mine had some glue on the end of it). Then remove the rubber bottom of the back cup holder and remove those two screws (torx screws, so you have to have the right tool). After that, you can pull the console out.

It is very simple. In the center of the holder when is pulled out as far as it will go, use a srewdriver blade to push down the tab. The cup holder will now pull out.
