Easy one,
1st open the hood. You need a rachet and socket set, a 10mm should do the trick. On the side of the headlamp their are 2 screws. By side I mean on left or right of the lamps. After that just simply push and pull them out. If you need to remove the lighting bulbs just turn the socket counterclockwise.

The 1998 Buick LeSabre solenoid can be found on the firewall in the engine compartment. There will be three solenoids on the firewall.

I have a 1998 Buick LeSabre and to remove the headlights there are two screws on the front just to the inside of the high beam. Once you take these two screws out the headlight should slide towards the outside of the car and you can unplug the wire connector and you now have ht headlights off.
The fuel shut off reset button is located inside the 1998 Buick LeSabre. It can be found on the firewall in the front passenger side.
