Unzip back. Remove upholstry rings on the two bottom metal rods then slide the rear one half way out to fold it up. Remove rings holding middle metal rod. Push headrest halfway down. Slide a screwdriver up the front of the headrest post to keep the release lever from closing while removing the headrest. It is located behind the front seat foam.

the Serpentine Belt on the 91 Lebaron is on Tension Pulley, you dont tighten it. But if it is loose and you need to tighten it you just go and buy a new belt and put that on.
Yes but you might have to get the bcm off the car you are taking the dash out of. I have a 91 Lebaron convertible that came from factory with the digital dash.

the motors are probably jammed... bad design fault.. you'll have to remove the panels and take the whole asembly out takes hour or so.. .. free em on the bench by takin off the motor freeing the sieze. and hookin a 12v power source..let it run couple of mins one way.. the swap wires run it other way

Indicators.. fuse 6 Hazards Flasher fuse 28 Fuse box should be under the dash drivers side panel says fuse access.. if its a relay.. relays are behind and above fuse box attached to body panel.. PIA to get to the relays
I know it in the dashboard. I think all Chrysler have it in the dashboard now
