There is an access in the cover below the radiator for the filter.
Assuming you are looking for the radiator drain valve, you will find it on the passenger side of the radiator, under the lower radiator hose.
The air pump or smog pump on a 99 GMC Jimmy is located right behind the bumper, below the radiator, and on the passenger side.

There is a turn plug on the rightside of the bottom of a radiator turn it and it will drain.
remove the 2 bolts that hold the thermostat housing to the intake manifold which the upper radiator hose attaches to the housing then just pull the thermostat out and replace.
there isn't a radiator drain plug. you have to remove the lower radiator hose from the radiator to do a drain and fill.
There is no drain plug, remove the lower radiator hose to drain coolant.

To remove the radiator from a 1995 GMC Vandura, first, ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the negative battery cable. Drain the coolant by removing the drain plug at the bottom of the radiator. Next, disconnect the upper and lower radiator hoses, as well as any transmission cooler lines if applicable. Finally, remove the mounting bolts or brackets securing the radiator and lift it out carefully.
It's in a plastic trap door in between the the radiator and the oil drain pan.
On a 2001 GMC Savana 5.7 V8. There is no drain plug. You actually have to remove the big hose that joins the engine to the radiator. This will drain out all the fluids.
