My 2000 LS has 3 screws along the bottom of the panel the first being closest to the back of the car and easily found. The other two are just above the weather strip on the bottom which if you get low enough you will see fairly easy. There are 2 more screws in the door handle, get a flat screwdriver and pop up the cap from the side closest to the cars interior when door is closed(It won't pop off it will hinge). Once you get those two screws out the handle will be able to be popped out. Then remove the ashtray, and pop the window switch out. Disconnect window switch with a flat screwdriver, then your ready to remove just pull steady around outsid of panel all the way along and the clips will pop out one at a time. if any break don't worry you can pick new ones up cheap at any parts store and they slide right in. Good luck

Installation
I found only one screw in the door handle. However in order to remove the "ashtray" there is a flap at the bottom of it which you must pry open to reveal two more screws to get the ashtray out.
