I have a 2004 trailblazer and it's located under the driver side rear seat.
Remove the radio fuse under the rear seat, in the fuse box, leave it out for about a minute and then put it back. this is what worked on mine and my dealer told me to do this.
you can find it under in the fuse box under the rear seats, it's called "Aux power" with a 20 written on the fuse
If the other side is still working it is not the fuse. its more likely a bulb or loose wiring.
inside the trunk on the back of the rear set there is a panel that you can remove and access the rear fuse panel
