1st you need to remove the horn button. Push down and twist to the left, watch for the spring. Remove the large nut. You then need a steering wheel puller to mount to the wheel hub. If you dont have one buy or borrow one. You can remove the wheel with one person pulling up on the wheel and another resting a drift on the steering shaft and hitting it but I dont recommend this way. It is a "press fit" so after a bit of pulling it will pop loose. Econoline Connection Raleigh nc
