There are two screws on the iner side by the tailgate. simply unscrew and remove. Very simple and uncomplicted.

Pull back trunk cover inside trunk. Remove the large thumb screws inside the trunk. There will be 6-10. Remove lens assembly from outside. Unplug all lights from lens. Install lights in new lens a replace in car. Reinstall thunb screws and tighten. Replace trunk cover
With a little flat screwdriver pry off the lens. To remove the lightbulb gently pry it out from the end. Snap the new bulb in place and replace the cover.
