If it's the center brake light above the cab, loosen the two torx screws and remove the lens. The bulb is right inside. If it's one of the left or right rear bulbs, they're a little difficult --drop the tailgate and begin loosening the torx screws to remove the lens. It will take some doing, but the whole assembly has to come out in order to get to the bulb.
