Not too hard. Push in on front of one side of bottom seat cushion (you'll need to push pretty hard) and a clip will release and repeat on other side. You can now lift the cushion up and out. This will reveal two bolts that hold in the seat back. Removing those bolts now allows the back to come out

you rip the seat off with your bare hands. ********************************************************************* On old Fords and many others you push down and back on bottom of the back seat to unhook it then you have 2-3 bolts you can reach to remove the top of the rear seat.
