If in fact it is the blower motor that is the problem. First check the fuse in the fuse block under the rear passenger seat and the fuse block under the hood. Next check the blower motor resistor. Remove the lower inspection panel under the glove box area. If you pull the glove box around the stop tab and let it fall it will reveal the blower motor. There is a pair of wires that are attached with a clip to the motor. Follow those to the firewall and youwill see a module that is held in by two screw nuts. That is the blower resistor module. This is a far more common failure than the actual blower itself. You can test the blower function with a 12v power supply.
