Not the easiest thing to do, If they were new you could just peel them off but as they get old the adhesive becomes really hard to get off. Use a heat gun or blow drier to heat up the sticker ( not too close or too hot as you can damage the paint ) and when it is soft start peeling it back always moving the heat ahead of yourself. Lots of times there will be adhesive left behind on the paint after you are done so use some nail polish remover or some other solvent to rub the adhesive off ( it may take a little elbow grease ). Then wash and wax the area.

To change the voltage regulator on a 94 Geo Tracker, locate it in the black plastic box on the back of the alternator. Unplug each cable from the regulator, remove it and replace.
There is no such thing as an 83 Geo Tracker.
Yes it should.
I have this situation as well, so I called the local Chevrolet dealership ( Thoroughbred Chevrolet ) in Chandler, AZ, and found that they had some of the color combos ( lettering plus contrasting dropshade on the lettering ) in stock that reads 'TRACKER' @ $70.00 ea. ( That's $140.00 for two 18.75 in decals! ) I passed on that price, but you may be insterested.
