The window control panel lifts out in a similar fashion to expose another mounting screw. A V shaped tool is used to find and insert around each booger between the panel and door - then pry each one out of it's door hole. The top edge is hooked over the door frame so it must be lifted upwards to get it off. The switch panel can be turned sideways or unplugged to remove the panel. Spray the switches with wd40 while you have them out. If you screw up a booger and pull it out of the panel rather than the door reattached it to the panel with Gorilla glue and wait some hours before replacing the panel. LOL
