remove all the body screws, there is one that I remember being hard to find behind the handle, and try to pop the plastic pins that hold the panel on the bottom of the door, these are sort of barbed and take a little work, once you have the bottom work your way up, you'll find out real quick if you missed a screw. Pop every pin out so the panel is mostly free. after that, lift the panel upwards *and slightly out* to get it off the top of the door, because it kind of sits on that sill. after that you are on your own for the switch, shouldn't be too hard. hope this helps.
