The pannel on aleros are held on by a ton of clips! So, what you need to do is get a butter knife, or screw driver and SLOWLY began to pry up on one side of the door! Dont worry, it sounds like the clips are breaking, but it is just the clips becoming free. Keep working your way around the pannel until it comes free! Hope this helps.
