you have to remove the three Allen key screws that hold the stick in and that is all
I would suspect the IAC (Idle Air Control) is faulty.
pri the center peice out then heat the knobe up with a heat gun then around 120 tug on the sob like there is no tomarrow
If your talking automatic no but if your talking stick shift it will.

I assume it is a stick-shift? The transmission will have a plug located on the side, where you can add fluid, if needed.
It's pressed on or or is threaded clockwise, depending on whether your truck came with the Mitsubishi or Mazda transmission. Try turning it counter-clockwise with a decent amount of force.
I remove the transmission dip stick and insert a funnel to fill it right there.

Remove the right, lower panel down by the brake pedal by carefully pulling out on the rear. Both the dip stick and the filler tube should be visible.
Under the car on the upper side of the transmission, you will find a plug. Remove the plug and stick your finger in the hole. If you feel fluid, it is full. If not add the proper lube as stated in the owner's manual.
