It is held in place by a horseshoe shaped clip. the clip is removed by reaching behind the handle with a small pick and pulling the clip out.
There is a clip holding the handle. It is located in the center in the back of the handle. There is a tool to remove & install it; but you can use a flat screwdriver carefully. Good luck.
If the crank sensor is not working, the engine will not run.
There is a "C" clip behind the handle that must be removed. Your local auto parts store can sell you an inexpensive tool to help you remove the clip without damage done.
1. On manual window models remove the window crank handle dislodge the clip 2. Remove the outside mirror cover 3. Detach the door handle trim piece and disconnect the door pull mounting screw. Unplug the electrical connector from the power window switch 4. Remove the retaining screws and detach the panel by carefully prying it away from the door

If it doesn't have a screw in the center--if may be secured by a horse shoe type clip behind handle--tool available at auto parts store
Your local auto parts store will sell you an inexpensive tool to do that job. There is a spring clip that has to be removed from behind the handle.
Remove the dash!
Bad window regulator. The cables are not pulling evenly and it tilts the window.
You will need a new regulator assembly.
