The 1994 Nissan Maxima window motor fuse can be found in the fuse box under the hood. The window motor fuse will simply unplug.

I am prettysure you can change the motor as long as the body structure is the same and you have skill in this sort of thing.
Look on eBay for the repair kit 3 small plastic parts that will repair the window moter for about 6.00 and if you need a regulator they are there to for 20.00 to 45.00
Unfortunately you can't just change the motor. You have to buy and replace the whole assembly including the window. Its a rip-off but the motor, ratchet, arms and window comes as one replacement assembly.
