To tighten the windshield wiper on a 1998 Plymouth Breeze, first, ensure the wiper arm is in the resting position. Locate the nut at the base of the wiper arm, usually covered by a plastic cap that can be pried off. Use a socket wrench to tighten the nut securely, but be careful not to overtighten, as it may damage the mechanism. If the wiper arm continues to be loose, it may need to be replaced.
Use a measuring tape! Or take them off and compare... Seriously?!
If its like a 96 you remove the windshield wiper motor and assembly
it is only the drivers side wiper that is having the problem it works randomly but does not go all the way across the windshiled when it does work. The passenger side windshield wiper works fine.
