unless you're a mechanic, or know tools and alot of patience, don't try. it takes some skill, but, can be done with the right knowhow and tools. it's about a 1 to 1 1/2 hour job for a mechanic to do. you do need a couple special tools to complete.
The turn signal lever is the dimmer switch. You either pull it back or push it in. but also the dimmer switch its self is in the steering column u have to take the steering wheel off to replace

The headlight dimmer switch is located on the end of the lever. Remove the steering column so the lever can be properly reached.
You have to pull the steering wheel off to get the whole turn signal stat out and replace the whole thing.
